Pricing questions

Is there a lower price for early schools?

Yes, for the first 5. A founding school pays €29 a month (or €290 a year) for its first year, counted from its first invoice, then the ordinary price. We tell you 30 days before it changes, and you can cancel before then. Ask for a place through the contact form.

Is BTW included?

No. €49 is excl. BTW; BTW is added on the invoice.

Do I need a card to start?

Not to set up. You add one when you go live, and nothing is charged until 30 days after your first dancer payment.

What counts as the first payment?

The first time a dancer pays you through Dansly: a course, a plan or a single class. Your 30 free days start that day.

Can I cancel?

Monthly, whenever you like. No contract.

How does yearly billing work?

The same start as monthly: nothing until your first dancer payment, then 30 free days. After that, €490 for the year excl. BTW.

Who pays the Stripe fees?

The school. Stripe takes its own fee from each dancer payment (iDEAL €0.29, cards 1.5% + €0.25). Dansly adds nothing.

Do dancers pay a booking fee?

No. Dancers pay your price, nothing on top.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account, and going live walks you through opening one.

Is there direct debit?

Not yet. Dancers pay by iDEAL or card, and buy credit plans month by month.
