Nobody can book this class

A class shows but can't be booked. What the button says, what it means, and what to change.

For owners and managers

Start with what the dancer sees. When a class can't be booked, the Book button in the booking sheet is greyed out and a line under it says which check stopped them. Dansly checks in this order:

They seeWhyWhat to do
CancelledThe date was cancelled.Nothing; it isn't running.
"Booking has closed for this class." / "This class has already started."The class has started, or it's inside Closes (minutes before start).Lower the closing time on the class if you want later bookings.
"Booking has not opened yet."Before the class's Opens (days before).Raise that number to open bookings earlier.
"This week is part of a 10-week block, so it is not sold on its own.", with Enrol in the blockIt's a week of a course that hasn't started. Courses are enrolled in, not booked per week.Nothing wrong: Enrol in the block takes them to checkout. Or run a separate open class.
"This block has already started, so it can't be joined any more."It's a week of a course that's already running.Run a separate open class, or add them to the course by hand.
"This class is full for that role."The role they picked is at the class's cap.Raise the cap, or add someone by hand (which raises it for that date).
"Sold out — every ticket has gone. Try another evening."An event is at How many people fit.Raise it on the event, or add someone by hand.
"This school is not selling this class right now."Priced in credits, but you have no credit plan for sale; or per class with no price.Create a credit plan, or give the class a price.
"This class is paid with credits, and you have none this month.", with See the plansThey have no plan this month.Nothing wrong: See the plans takes them to checkout to buy one.
"Your plan does not include this class."The class's Plans allowed doesn't include their plan.Tick their plan on the class, or leave all unticked for every plan.
"You have used your classes for this week."Their plan's weekly maximum is used up this week.Nothing wrong; it resets on Monday. Or turn off Counts towards a member's weekly maximum on this class.
"No credits left this month."The class costs more credits than they have left. They may buy another plan under Payments → Buy another month, if Plans a dancer can buy each month allows.
"You already have a class at that time. Cancel it first."A booking or course week overlaps. The dancer's choice.
