Credit exists but booking fails

A dancer has credits left but can't book a class. The weekly maximum, allowed plans, the month a plan covers, and classes that aren't priced in credits.

For owners and managers

Credits alone don't guarantee a booking. The class has to be priced in credits, the plan has to be allowed on it, and the week has to have room under the plan's weekly maximum. Start with what the dancer sees.

Open the dancer under Members: the Plan line shows their plan and credits left, for example "Light · 3 of 4".

The dancer seesWhyWhat to do
"You have used your classes for this week.", and a note with the numbers: "You have used 1 of 1 this week…"Their plan's Max a week is used up. It counts classes, not credits, Monday to Sunday by the date of the class.Nothing wrong. They can book for next week. Or, if this class shouldn't count, turn off Counts towards a member's weekly maximum on it.
"Your plan does not include this class."The class's Plans allowed doesn't include their plan.Tick their plan on the class. Leaving every plan unticked means every plan may book.
"This class is paid with credits, and you have none this month.", with See the plansThey have no plan this month. A plan covers the calendar month it was bought in, so last month's plan ended on the 1st.They buy this month's plan with See the plans.
"No credits left this month."The class costs more credits than they have left. A class can cost 1–10 credits. They buy another plan under Payments → Buy another month, if Plans a dancer can buy each month allows.
"This class is paid per visit."The class isn't priced in credits.Nothing wrong: they pay at booking. Or change the class to Credits.
"This week is part of a 10-week block, so it is not sold on its own."It's a week of a course. Credits never pay for courses. They choose Enrol in the block, or you run an open class.
"You already have a class at that time. Cancel it first."Another booking or course week overlaps.Their choice.

Worked example#

Yara El Idrissi has the Light plan at Studio Voorbeeld: 4 credits a month, max 1 a week. Yara booked Wednesday's Salsa practice, so 3 credits are left. Trying to book Sunday's Salsa Open in the same week, Yara finds Book greyed out: "You have used your classes for this week.", and under it "You have used 1 of 1 this week, so a credit cannot go on this one. Your monthly balance stays at 3, and the weekly maximum resets on Monday." From Monday, Yara can book again.

If Studio Voorbeeld wanted practice nights to be extra, on top of the weekly class, it would turn off Counts towards a member's weekly maximum on Salsa practice. Yara's practice booking would then not use up the week.

Unlimited#

Unlimited has no credit count and no weekly maximum, but Plans allowed still applies: a class that doesn't tick Unlimited tells Unlimited dancers "Your plan does not include this class." too. And Unlimited never covers courses.

After you change a setting#

Changes on the class or the plan apply straight away to new bookings. Ask the dancer to reload the class.
